The subject of Self-Confidence is as old as time...
History proves long ago that individuals "daring the fear" (feeling the fear and doing it anyway), were most often instrumental in shifting the "Status Quo." This allowed others to recognize that it was OK to move past, or break out of their rut leaving the safety zone behind, in order to explore the world anew.
No matter how old or how young, how rich or how poor, or how successful you are; a lack of SELF TRUST and the ability to RESPECT yourself and hold yourself in genuine HIGH ESTEEM, will affect your choices and declare the quality of your work-life, your relationships, and your life as a whole.
