Tools to bridge the “Mind- Body” Connection to feeling renewed Vigor & Peace!
Are you at times feeling dis-connected or just not UP to what you know you CAN Be, Do and Have?
The next time you are feeling “down and under,” please consider to be gentle with yourself, by withholding self judgment, but increasing your ability to SELF-LOVE-CARE.
Slowing down your pace and deeply breathing into your belly (adding movement will aid this greatly), and into the space of this moment, allows you to become more present in your body. Often when we get “top heavy” our body has no choice but to create “symptoms” as messengers, and for us to hopefully pay attention to the nature of our “true” feelings, away from guilt and obligation.
When you learn to become more mindful, how to slow down, and live in a more Body-Mind connected state, vs. primarily from the head UP, it will allow you to dive deeper into what has true Heart & Meaning in your life.

The next time you have a pain somewhere, notice tight shoulders, etc.,
1) take a moment and see if any of these can trigger
2) some internal reflection. Keep reflection simple. You can just
3) ask yourself questions about what you might be feeling in that area.
The first step is to
4) open your heart (feeling center) to receive the messages it wants to share.
5) Gently breathe into the area - focusing on the exhale - and letting the tension flow-go.
6) Simply writing down (journaling) an unedited version of your thought process will help you & 7) gain some valuable insight(s).
